Out-of-network coverage, for a portion of the fee, may be available.  Detailed receipts are available for those seeking reinbursment.  Please contact your insurance provider to confirm out-of-network coverage.  Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted.
